Segment-Level Benchmarks: Reply Rate, Meeting Rate, Qualified Rate
Segment-level benchmarking measures outbound performance separately for each active segment rather than reporting one global average. Decisions happen at the segment level because that is where the variance lives.
Three metrics
Reply rate (positive replies/sends), meeting rate (meetings/sends), qualified rate (qualified meetings/booked).
2026 benchmarks
Cold email reply 2 to 5 percent, LinkedIn 10 to 15 percent, meeting rate 0.5 to 2 percent, qualified rate 50 to 70 percent.
Tight segments
Can run 5 to 10x above global averages with trigger-led targeting and specific messaging.
Diagnostics
Low reply = targeting, good reply + low meeting = copy/CTA, good meeting + low qualified = qualification.
