Account Safety Playbook: What to Do When Limits Drop
A limit drop is a platform warning, not a ban. The playbook exists to prevent the escalation to a restriction by responding correctly in the first hour and first week.
Hour 1
Pause automation, verify manually, screenshot warnings, log symptoms, notify manager.
Days 1 to 7
Day 1 manual-only, days 2 to 4 engagement-heavy, days 5 to 7 resume at 50 percent with tighter pacing.
Wrong response
Pushing through, switching accounts, rotating IPs, running the same sequence at higher volume - all escalate soft to hard restrictions.
Post-recovery
Permanent changes: lower weekly volume, new templates, slower pacing, tighter ICP filter. Otherwise the next drop is when, not if.
